Where can Oyatsu Mart orders be shipped to?

Oyatsu Mart orders are currently shipped from Japan to anywhere in the United States (shipping within Japan is not possible).

How long does shipping take?

After placing your order, your item will be prepared and packaged within approximately 5 business days and delivered to the courier. The estimated delivery date varies depending on your region. Generally, products are delivered by DHL, though the delivery company may change depending on the situation.

 

DHL shipping: 3–5 days

 

Please note: Our warehouse is closed on major holidays, so orders placed during these times may not ship until the next business day. If DHL handles your shipment and you encounter delivery problems (for example, a stolen box or delivery to a wrong address), please contact DHL directly. If more than one month has passed since the final tracking status was marked as delivered, we may be unable to provide assistance. For DHL shipments, you can track your order using DHL’s On Demand Delivery (ODD) service.

How much is the shipping cost?

Shipping costs may vary depending on whether you are purchasing an individual item, meeting a certain order threshold, or participating in a recurring subscription. Costs also depend on your location and the weight of your order. Due to rising fuel costs, we may have to make unavoidable changes to delivery methods, including changes to delivery charges.
